如何备份助记词How to Back Up Your Seed Phrase

大白话In plain words助记词就是你保险箱唯一的钥匙，且世上只此一把、配不了新的。备份它就像把这把钥匙藏进只有你知道的地方，绝不能拍照发朋友圈。The seed phrase is the only key to your safe, and there's just this one in the world — no duplicate can be made. Backing it up means hiding this key somewhere only you know; never photograph it or post it on social media.

助记词一般是12或24个英文单词，顺序也是密码的一部分，抄错一个词或调换顺序都会导致恢复失败。它是私钥的另一种写法，谁拿到它谁就能在任何设备上还原你的钱包、转走全部资产，所以备份的核心目标只有一个：让它离开一切联网设备。A seed phrase is usually 12 or 24 English words, and the order is part of the secret too — miscopying one word or swapping the order will cause recovery to fail. It's another form of your private key: whoever gets it can restore your wallet on any device and move out all assets. So backup has just one core goal: keep it away from every internet-connected device.

推荐做法很朴素：The recommended approach is plain and simple:

用笔手写在纸上，逐词核对拼写和顺序，写完再对照一遍Write it by hand on paper, checking spelling and order word by word, then compare against the original once more when done
抄两到三份，分别放在不同的安全地点（比如家里和保险柜），防火防潮防丢失Make two or three copies and store them in different safe places (like your home and a safe deposit box) to guard against fire, damp, and loss
讲究一点的可以用金属助记词板刻字，防火防水更耐久For extra durability you can engrave it on a metal seed-phrase plate, which is more fire- and water-resistant

这些方式千万别用，它们几乎等于把钥匙交出去：截图存手机相册、存进云盘或云笔记、发到自己的微信或邮箱、用聊天软件发给自己、复制到备忘录。只要联网，就有被窃取的风险，手机相册被同步、云账号被盗的案例非常多。Never use these methods — they're almost the same as handing over the key: screenshotting to your phone album, saving to cloud drives or cloud notes, sending it to your own WeChat or email, messaging it to yourself in a chat app, or pasting it into a notes app. As long as it's online, there's a risk of theft — cases of synced phone albums and hacked cloud accounts are very common.

再强调一条红线：没有任何正规机构、客服、官方活动会要你提供助记词。只要有人（哪怕自称官方、自称帮你找回被盗币）让你输入、拍照、上传、念出助记词，100%是骗子，立刻停止。你自己恢复钱包时才需要输入它，且只在你信任的官方钱包APP里输入。One more red line: no legitimate institution, support agent, or official event will ever ask you for your seed phrase. If anyone (even claiming to be official, or offering to recover stolen coins for you) asks you to type, photograph, upload, or read out your seed phrase, they are 100% a scammer — stop immediately. You only need to enter it when restoring your own wallet, and only inside a trusted official wallet app.

案例Example老王图省事，把助记词截图存在手机相册，相册又开了自动云同步。后来他的云账号密码在别处泄露被盗，小偷登录云相册看到那张截图，几分钟内就把钱包里的资产全部转走了——他自始至终都没点过任何可疑链接。Lao Wang took a shortcut and screenshotted his seed phrase into his phone album, which had auto cloud sync turned on. Later his cloud account password leaked elsewhere and was stolen; the thief logged into the cloud album, saw that screenshot, and moved all the wallet's assets out within minutes — and he had never clicked a single suspicious link the whole time.

助记词能改吗？丢了能找回吗？Can the seed phrase be changed? Can it be recovered if lost?

钱包创建时随机生成，通常不能自定义修改。它也没有「找回」一说：没有任何官方能帮你重置或恢复。抄好的纸质备份是唯一退路，丢了就等于永久失去钱包。It's randomly generated when the wallet is created and usually can't be customized. There's also no such thing as "recovering" it: no official party can reset or restore it for you. Your handwritten paper backup is the only fallback — lose it and you permanently lose the wallet.

用密码管理器（如带密码库的APP）存助记词行不行？Is it okay to store the seed phrase in a password manager (e.g. an app with a vault)?

不建议。密码管理器仍是联网软件，主密码泄露或软件漏洞都可能连带暴露助记词。安全底线是让助记词彻底离线，纸质或金属板保存最稳妥。Not advised. A password manager is still online software; a leaked master password or a software vulnerability could expose the seed phrase along with it. The safety baseline is to keep the seed phrase fully offline — paper or a metal plate is safest.

家人需要知道我的助记词放在哪吗？Should family members know where my seed phrase is kept?

这是个人取舍。若希望资产可继承，可把「备份存放的位置」告诉最信任的人，但不必让对方现在就看到内容。核心原则始终是：知道这串词的人越少越好。That's a personal choice. If you want your assets to be inheritable, you can tell the person you trust most where the backup is stored, without letting them see the contents now. The core principle is always: the fewer people who know these words, the better.
