查 LGNS 链上数据，有三条互补的路子：There are three complementary ways to check LGNS on-chain data:

② 用区块浏览器直接查：在 PolygonScan 输入 LGNS 合约 0xeB51D9A39AD5EEF215dC0Bf39a8821ff804A0F01，能看到总供应、持有人、转账记录；查某个地址能看到它的 LGNS 余额和 sLGNS 质押量（记得 9 位精度要除以 10⁹）。Anubis 链的数据则用 Anubis 区块浏览器。② Query directly on a block explorer: on PolygonScan, enter the LGNS contract 0xeB51D9A39AD5EEF215dC0Bf39a8821ff804A0F01 to see total supply, holders and transfer records; look up an address to see its LGNS balance and sLGNS staked amount (remember the 9 decimals — divide by 10⁹). For Anubis chain data, use the Anubis block explorer.

Combine these and you can turn "what others say" into "what you checked yourself".

核心心法：看到数字先问「这个数据是哪来的、能不能核实」。链上的东西都能点到浏览器一笔笔对，遇到只有口头、拿不出链上出处的说法，就要多留个心眼。Core mindset: when you see a number, first ask "where does this data come from, and can it be verified". Anything on-chain can be checked transaction by transaction on the explorer; when a claim is only spoken and can't point to an on-chain source, stay extra cautious.
