国库是什么？What is the treasury?

大白话In plain words国库就是协议的「公共钱包/储备金库」，里面存着支撑代币的储备资产。国库有多少真钱、由谁能动，是判断一个 DeFi 项目底子的关键。The treasury is the protocol's "shared wallet / reserve vault", holding the reserve assets that back the token. How much real money is in it and who can move it are key to judging a DeFi project's foundation.

国库（Treasury）是协议的储备金库，存放用来支撑代币价值的储备资产（比如稳定币、LGNS、LP 等）。它是很多算法代币机制「托底」说法的来源。The treasury is the protocol's reserve vault, holding the reserve assets used to back the token's value (such as stablecoins, LGNS, LP, etc.). It's the basis for many algorithmic tokens' claims of having a "floor".

为什么要关心国库？因为它直接关系到「代币背后到底有多少真实资产」。看国库要抓两个问题：Why care about the treasury? Because it directly relates to "how much real backing the token actually has". When looking at a treasury, focus on two questions:

里面有多少「真钱」（外部稳定币这类硬资产，而不是协议自己印的东西）。How much "real money" is in it (hard assets like external stablecoins, not things the protocol prints itself).
谁能动这笔钱（是多签管理，还是单个钱包/管理员就能挪用、能铸币）。Who can move the funds (is it multisig-managed, or can a single wallet/admin move it and mint tokens).

这两个问题都能在链上查：国库地址的余额是公开的，管理它的合约权限、是不是多签、签名门槛几人，也都能核实。本站的首页「链上雷达」会展示国库市值等指标。Both questions can be checked on-chain: the treasury address's balance is public, and the contract permissions managing it, whether it's multisig, and the signature threshold can all be verified. This site's homepage "On-chain Radar" shows metrics like treasury market value.

重要提醒：国库账面数字大 ≠ 这笔钱一定安全、动不了。有些项目账面「储备价值」里掺了协议自印的资产，或者管理员权限过大可随时挪用。看国库一定要区分「账面口径」和「真实可核实的外部资产」。An important reminder: a big treasury figure on paper ≠ the money is safe and untouchable. Some projects mix protocol-printed assets into their reported "reserve value", or have admin powers so broad that funds can be moved at any time. When looking at a treasury, always distinguish "the paper figure" from "real, verifiable external assets".

案例Example某项目宣传「国库储备几十亿」，你可以去查国库地址：里面真正的外部稳定币（如 DAI）有多少？管理它的是几人多签还是单个钱包？这两个数字往往比宣传口径更能说明问题。A project advertises "billions in treasury reserves" — you can go check the treasury address: how much genuine external stablecoin (like DAI) is actually in it? Is it managed by an N-of-M multisig or a single wallet? These two numbers usually tell you more than the marketing figure.
